2. ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: This permission allows us to access approximate location information when precise GPS data is not available, but still ensures that asset images can reflect an approximate location.
3. ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION: This permission is used to access location data even when the app is running in the background. This ensures that your location is updated in real-time and can be displayed on asset images, even if you're not actively using the app at the moment.

7.1 How User Data is Handled:The location data (latitude and longitude) is used exclusively for the purpose of displaying geographical information on asset images. We do not collect or store any personal location data outside of this functionality. All data is handled locally and is not shared with third parties. We are committed to ensuring that your location data is only used for this specific feature and nothing else.

7.2 Managing Your Location Permissions:You can control your location settings at any time through your device's Settings app. If you disable location permissions, some features that display latitude and longitude on asset images may not function as intended, but the app will still operate without them.

1. Why the permission is needed: Our app requires access to manage external storage on your device to facilitate the verification of asset images. This functionality allows the admin to review and confirm the accuracy of images associated with assets, which is essential for the asset management process.
